The staff of the service department (Marshal in particular) is knowledgeable, friendly, and any services recommended feel genuine and not like you’re being “sold”. Only had one “bad” experience in 4 years, which was really more of an annoyance, and that person doesn’t seem to work there anymore, so no complaints.Recommend my wife buy her car here and was not disappointed.

Ricky was a very genuine car salesman. We came in because our current car was having big problems, and we ended up deciding to explore the option of just buying a whole new car. We happened to be in the middle of a cross-country roadtrip so we didn’t want to spend a lot of time shopping around, but we also didn’t want to be rushed through the process of buying a brand new car...Ricky was prompt, knowledgeable and very patient with us while we made our big decision. He even had a couple of those Boston Market meals in the employee fridge that he gave to us because we were hungry, and there weren’t any restaurants in walking distance. We ate, conversed, and bought a car. It was as good of an experience as I could’ve hoped for. (Because seriously.. is buying a car ever fun? Lol!)

The service rep I worked with (Glenn maybe?) was very attentive to my limited time schedule and was able to get my tire replaced in less than 30-45 minutes.
