Very friendly sales staff. Convenient amenities for customers. The only drawback was overpriced cars. Simply not competitively priced for what one gets. I recommend the dealership to have a little fewer cars near the front entrance to the sales offices. Too many parked right in front of the doors.

I bought my Lancer Oct 2016, even as I test drove it I noticed that it was rather loud inside when driving, asked about it and was told it was normal for Lancer's, it progressively got worse, I asked again when I took it in for an oil change. Was told same thing. It has gotten worse to the point of my dash rattling so bad and the only way you could drown out the noise was to have radio up to 35+. Took it in Monday and Marshall was who I dealt with from start to finish. I am so HAPPY with my car now, NO noise what so ever and rides so smooth. It was a fairly easy fix, wheel bearings, and of course new tires. Thank you so much Mr. Marshall, you are the best! I will most defiantly recommend you to everyone I know!
For the first time since I bought my car I can say I am happy with my Lancer. It started off loud and only got worse, to the point of having a feeling it was going to leave me stranded on the freeway. I had asked several people at the dealership WHY, from the start...and was being told that it is how Lancers are. Well, I picked it up today and drove the 45 min home with no noise what so ever, was able to keep radio at a normal level and not above 35 to drone out the noise...and had the smoothest ride in the year and a half I have had it. It was the front wheel bearings, and had obviously been bad since before I got it, and even with as happy as I am for it actually sounding like a new car I am equally disappointed, that I was even allowed to drive off not once but twice from that lot with only being told it is "normal". I now have proof that it is most definitely NOT normal...? Marshal Sullivan was great in making sure I was taken seriously and treated with respect. Can not say the same for Mr David who ended up finalizing the charges as Sullivan was at lunch, he tried to charge me $400+ more then I was quoted by Sullivan, when I asked about a certain car...he was rude and brisk in telling me "I don't know" and walked away from me. RUDE!
I have have a serious issue with noise and then a rattling in the dash. I had asked about it when I test drove and was told it was normal. I asked again when I got the first oil change, as it was getting worse, again i was told it was normal and something to do with the air intake something or other. So I finally called and scheduled an appointment as I was starting to worry that it would break down on the road, and with my health conditions, I cant afford that. Marshall Sullivan was very curious and professional from the get go. Turns out the front wheel bearings were shot, and after driving home in absolute silence (other then radio in normal volume) it is apparent that was the issue all along. Mr. Sullivan...I truly thank you for everything you have done, I am for the FIRST time since signing the papers October 14, 2016, very happy with my car. I will be telling anyone who asks to go see you at Gillman.
The service was great - the experience overall was extremely positive. The sales consultant Chase Arrambide did an excellent job following up with my wife and I over a period of a few months until the Ascent's became available, ensuring we got the vehicle we wanted and he did a great job in covering accessories and such to ensure we clearly understood what was available
Everything was awesome and great customer service. Only complaint is that I did not get the SD card for the navigation that is on the vehicle. I would love to use one of the main features for me purchasing this vehicle. I would love a phone call telling me to simply come and pick it up at any Gillman Subaru. Otherwise, extremely pleased with the process.
